In previous article Some “Bad News” Recently For Adobe Flash & What Is The Really Wish For Apple we can know that,Google demonstrated a version of its YouTube website delivering video using HTML 5’s native support for publishing H.264 video without Flash, it seems Google teamed with Apple and Mozilla, became a member of Adobe Flash boycott.
Today, Google is planning to bundle its Chrome browser and/or operating system with Adobe Systems’ Flash in a deeper partnership. In fact, Chrome already works with Flash, only the announcement may include future versions of the Chrome browser or may focus on Google’s Chrome operating system.
Yes, Google Chorme “married” with Adobe Flash! Adobe Flash will be part of Google Chrome OS. What is the strong motivation behind this move?
As we all know, Google Android entered Apple’s turf, reversed Apple and Microsoft talked Bing as the default search engine for the iPhone —- All that means Google and Apple are no longer friends, maybe the greatest enemy now. So, the enemy’s enemy should be the friend. Apple don’t like Adobe Flash, then Google “teamed” with Adobe.
On Adobe’s earnings conference call last week, CEO Shantanu Narayen indicated that Google was a partner, he said:
I think we’ve been fairly transparent about that issue, which is we are committed to bringing Flash to any platform on which there is a screen, and it has nothing to do with technology. I think you’ve seen demonstrations of Flash running on smart phones from multiple vendors; at Mobile World Congress including Android where Eric (Schmidt) showed it as part of his keynote.
It’s nothing to do with technology. It’s an Apple issue and I think you’ll have to check with them on that.
Google said “don’t be evil”, and Google is the GOD in the heart of many surfers, but we must be aware of that, Google is a COMPANY. They can work together with any others in areas where they have common interest. So, Google can marry with Apple, Mozilla, Verizon, even Microsoft!
So don’t strange Google supporting HTML5 standard, on the other hand offering more Flash-support(Google is also a member of the Open Screen Project) even bundle Flash with Chorme.
Anyway, Google Chorme bundle with Flash means that most people will have Flash right away instead of clicking the "install" link/button the first time they go to a site that needs Flash.
