Adobe Will Create New Business Unit To Handle Its Most High-profile Products

flash-platform Adobe Systems Inc. announced on this Monday that it will create new units to push core technologies and products, include Flash video technology and CS software.

And a new business unit which dubbed Creative and Interactive Solutions will be launched first, David Wadhwani, who is currently part of Adobe’s Platform business will be the leader of this company based in San Jose.

Adobe is implementing its strategy—push its flagship products in different technology environments. This company hopes deliver faster on its vision of multi-screen publishing by combining these products and solutions in one business unit. Multi-screen publishing refers to delivery of content over multiple platforms, like smartphones, computers and other devices.

Adobe will launch a Digital Media Solutions unit to be headed by John Loiacono. The unit will try to find new marketing opportunities in the digital imaging and video field. Not the news from official, I guess Adobe eSignatures will be one part of this unit. :)

Will you expect the change of market from this new strategy?
