Some days ago, a build of Adobe’s Air platform was leaked online, which allows deveopers to create AS3 projects to .apk apps for the android OS. And Motorola Droid X for Verizon will include Flash Player 10.1,  Flash Player 10.1 is expected to be available as a final production release for Motorola Droid X devices once users are able to upgrade to Android 2.2 “Froyo”. On the other hand, Sencha(previously known as ExtJS) has released the first HTML5 Mobile Application development framework: Sencha Touch.
